Ways to solve this problem:

First you list the numbes on top of each other like this:
12x
10

You just have to multiply the lst bottom digit with the top last digit like this:

Then do the same except this time you have to put a ) before the last digit and multiply 1 and 2 with the first digit of the bottom number (1) like this:

120

Then you add your numbers up together like this

00+120=120

Then you end up with an answer of 120.
Remember: Before going on to the next digit in hte bottom number like how I went from 0-1 if it is in a hundreds, always add on the same amount of zeros plus another each time. hope this will help. 


My friends are having trouble remebering the ORDER OF OPERATIONS. Here is a way that I remember it. I used PEMDAS. That stands for
Parenthesis
Exponents
Multiplication
Division
Addition
Subtaction.
Just go from top to bottom on the list and left to right on the problem and boom you have the right answer. Here are two problems

6x8+51=
48+21-30= 
For the first problem, you have to follow the list. There are no parenthesis or exponents so you can cross that off, but there is multiplication. So solve 6x8=48. Then follow the list again. There is no division so move on to addition! 48+51=99! So now that you know how to solve the order of operations. If you any questions ask me. Now try solving the second problem on your own!



Social Studies and Vocabulary:



Once for a test i had to remember like 30 different spelling words, so I wrote a song/story about it. I do this for vocab mostly, but it couldn't hurt to try it for social studies to remember indian names and explorers and countries and etc..

Here are some vocabulary words:
Natural
Anphibian
Sacrafice
Interested
Chances
Maximum
Elegant
Sophisticated
and Jealous.
What I did was I memorized a song after writing it down several times, here is the song I used to remember them: 
The most Natural Anphibian is named Sacrafice and he's Interested in taking Chances and finding the Maximum of how Elegant the Sophisticated the dress was so he could make his x-wife Jealous.


If you need to remember spelling, you can this easier method:
Today I will teach you this method with the words:
Fortunate
Accept
Embarassed
Cafeteria
and Literature.


One way to remember Fortunate is:
Divide the word up like this:
For tuna the

the put it together and it spells fortunathe.

BUT! Then you have to take the "h" out at the end!
Then you have the word Fortunate


You can divide Accept out the same way except in different parts. Like this:
Ac kept.
Then you put it all together and it spells Ackept!
But then you have to change the "k" back to a "c". Or you could break it up into Acc ept. Which ever you feel more comfortable with!
